The Bridge City Independent School District Food Service Depertment

is dedicated to enhacing academic exellence by providing quality,

nutritional services to the students and staff, and by

promoting a team approach in a courteaus, effective and efficient manner.


Meal Prices 

The students who do not qualify for free or reduced-priced meals must pay full price for breakfast and lunch:

      Breakfast     Lunch

K-5    $1.75       $2.60

6-8     $1.75       $2.85

9-12   $1.75       $3.25

Those who qualify for reduced-price meals - breakfast is free and lunch is $0.40


Student Charges

Limited charges of reimbursable meals is allowed.

Our policy is that second meals, extra food and a la carte items are not allowed to be charged. Please click on the link for complete charge policy.

Prepayment

We strongly encourage parents or guardians to put money in their child’s account for purchasing of meals, extra food and a la carte items.

Parents/guardians may make deposits on their child’s account through ‘Lunch Money Now’ with a credit card via our web site

2023-2024 Free and Reduced-Price Meal applications are available in hard copies at any campus and at the administration building in English and Spanish.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
